Step 1 – Complete a Done For You Properties Game Plan
The Game Plan process gives you and our team an accurate picture of where you are now and your immediate financial priorities.
Using the Game Plan, you can decide which strategy makes the most sense for you and how to best build your portfolio going forward.
The Game Plan gives you the process for the next few years of your growth, but can be reviewed and updated as often as possible as your situation changes.
Step 2 – Meet Your Project Manager
As a member of our Done For You Properties USA team, you’ll work one-on-one with a Project Manager who understands your game plan and can hold your hand through the process of picking a market and a property.
Your Project Manager will be with you throughout every step of the investing process to answer questions, point you in the right direction, and make sure all of the details of every deal is complete.
Step 3 – Build Your Mega-File
Your Project Manager will help you build a “mega file” with all of the specific information for your deal.
This process includes choosing a financing option, all of the appropriate paperwork, the best options to protect yourself via insurance, and anything else that's specific to the transaction.
Step 4 – Select Your Property
Using the Deal Tracker or help from your Project Manager – you’ll select a property that meets your needs and goals. From there, your Project Manager and team will move into action to get you the property as quickly and easily as possible.
Step 5 – Close the Deal
Your Project Manager and the Done For You Properties Team works with you on every piece of the process. Whether you need financing, insurance, money transferred between different types of accounts, or any other help – the team does it all in house.
Every detail is reviewed in detail by your team to give you the best possible experience and outcome during the process.
Step 6 – Grow Your Portfolio
Your experience doesn’t end once the first deal is done!
Your Project Manager will stay up to date on your situation, work with you regularly to review or answer any questions, and help you grow your portfolio at the right times for your strategy.

A. No. This process is available to investors that complete our game plan process and are ready to make an investment in real estate. The Game Plan is a snapshot of your current financial situation – looking at many opportunities you KNOW and many you DON’T KNOW in order to determine your investment readiness.
In short, you must have the ability to invest in real estate for us to start introducing you personalized opportunities. Typically this looks like a minimum credit score of 680 and a minimum of $35,000 for your first investment down payment.
Keep in mind, this down payment can come from MANY different sources and our team are experts at helping you find what’s available to you!
Q. How can I invest in real estate and minimize my learning curve?
A. The single biggest factor in successful real estate investing is experienced team and mentors. Many real estate investors try to learn all they need to know via the internet, expensive training courses, or other methods. These don’t take EXPERIENCE into account.

The Done For You Real Estate Strategy is all about minimizing risk by choosing conservative, family homes in the most stable markets we can find. A. A Project Manager is your personal liaison throughout your investing process. Think of them as your “quarterback” for real estate. They’ll be involved with you in every step of the process from your first deal and every deal you make going forward.
Your Project Manager will share opportunities with you based on what we learn in your Game Plan process. They’ll keep you up to date on the markets and what makes sense based on your biggest needs right now. They’ll walk you through the entire process from start to finish, available to answer questions along the way and help you coordinate team members who are doing work “on the ground.”
Your Project Manager is a key part of the process and they’ll be your closest relationship as you’re starting your investing.
Q. How much does it cost to participate in this program?
A. There is no up-front fee for working with the Done For You Real Estate USA Program.
Many similar programs charge you an up-front fee of as much as $20,000 just to get access to their deals and their teams.

As you transact real estate – industry standard commissions and fees apply to your deal. Done For You Real Estate USA also charges a transaction coordination fee, which is how we provide our services to you.

Our team specializes in 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage houses designed for middle class families. Our team also selects markets that are as stable as we can find, resisting the trend to invest in highly volatile markets that can swing way up or way down.
We DO NOT buy Section 8 housing or low income housing.
